Just this week from the mouth of the Bloated Orange Bullshiitting socialist:

- "I am the chosen one"

- "When I was visiting the hospitals, doctors came out of the operating room to meet me"

- "The people who were so badly injured........... quite frankly, they love their president......."

- “Our great American companies are hereby ordered to immediately start looking for an alternative to China, including bringing your companies HOME and making your products in the USA.”

Does that last one sound like the state trying to control the means of production?

Surely even Trump's most obtuse apologists must know by now that not only is he demented, he is also well into dementia.
Another howler from the mouth (and regrettably, the mind) of the "stable genius". 8-[
Donald Trump asked officials if the US could 'nuke' hurricanes, report says

And he did it twice.

I knew a guy that did that years ago and he reported that after reading them in the morning you never had seen such a load of crap so naturally he stopped

I often wonder if Mr Golden has dreams at nights and wakes to write them down before he forgets them
Nuke hurricanes
Windmills and cancer
Buy Greenland
I am the chosen one
Claimed without evidence that "thousands" of people were bused across state lines to vote
etc etc etc

Treasury Secretary Mnuchin and Economic Advisor Larry Kudlow re-emphasized Trump's position and all of the administration's position for free, fair and reciprocal trade. Zero tariffs, zero barriers and zero subsidies.

They further emphasized that Trump's tariffs are a response to the rejection of free, fair and reciprocal trade.

Drop the tariffs. Drop the barriers, and the US will reciprocate. Very simple.

GULP .......... you know all those awful Democrat candidates for next year - well guess what Fox News found in its poll earlier this month.

. . .
You're slipping.

You're quite a bit late to this particular Fox Poll Party. Try peeling back about a dozen pages in this thread around the date that it was released/published. That "yet-another-negative-poll" has already been posted and discussed.

Been there. Done that.

I see the Head Cheerleader even made it to the party late, but that's expected. He even forgot that he involved himself in that old discussion. Or, as usual, he doesn't care. His emotional investment is still a burden for him. He just can't overcome it. He saw an opportunity to pile on and pat you on the back, and it was too overwhelming for him. Maybe if he has any buddies, they can do an intervention and get him over that emotional hump.
Image

This poll reference is doubly strange since you even quoted me recently about how and why I don't put much stock in national polls for president -- the states and all.

Thirdly, I have even conceded that it's no longer news for Trump to be underwater in any poll. If one showed up with him at 5%, I wouldn't be shocked or horrified of it. He's almost always underwater, no matter what the poll is surveying, so it has made the polls pretty much the standard. Negative polls about Trump are no longer news.

Triple yawn. Image Image Image
Image

And then the reference to the popular vote -- AGAIN. I wonder how many times that inconsequential information has been repeated by the 2016 losers who know that the popular vote isn't used to select the president? I'd bet that the losers have quoted that millions of times. You're not a loser, but you're using their wet gunpowder.
Image

Yes, you're slipping. Don't get in the same rut as your Head Cheerleader. That would be so far beneath your skill level. Even though we disagree 90% of the time, you have the intellectual capacity to engage, and I respect that ability.

And then, pulling up the rear, comes the slimiest gudgeon of all -- the pissant troll and outlier who outshines everyone on the forum when it comes to nonsense. Glad enough time lapsed before I posted so he could respond with his usually foolish contribution.

At the end of the G7 summit and at the dual press conference of Macron and Trump, Macron announced that there has been ongoing compromise discussions regarding Trump's efforts to protect US tech companies from additional taxation. I guess the threat of taxing French wine made a difference. This will probably make vladdie happy.

“We’ll be having some pretty comprehensive talks about how to take forward the relationship in all sorts of ways, particularly on trade and we are very excited about that. And I just want to actually congratulate the president on everything that the American economy is achieving, it’s fantastic to see that."

The warning bells have been clanging for months, and businesses are heeding the signals.

Forbes is reporting that more and more companies are moving their supply chain. The thing about this movement is that once they're out of China, they probably won't return without some absolutely huge and outlandish compensation. Companies now realize the great risk in setting up shop in a communist country where conditions can reverse overnight and pivot on a dime.

According to the AmCham Shanghai survey from May, at least 40% of US companies have relocated or are presently relocating some portions of their business out of China. If additional tariffs are applied on the future dates that have been announced, US companies leaving China will accelerate.

At least HALF of China's exports to the US are from multinational companies and/or US subsidiaries of companies that are based in the US. Those companies have a huge labor force of Chinese workers who will lose their jobs and become an added burden for China's Central Planning.

China is hoping to run out the clock on Trump and hoping to get a pro-China advocate in the White House in 2020 to return the US to the status quo of being screwed over in tariffs. A win for globalist Wall Street, to be sure; but it will be a huge loss for Main Street. That scenario in 2020 will remove the strength of the US economy -- the consumer -- and place the destiny of the economy in the hands of globalists -- who do not put "America First." It's not only a threat to the economy, but a threat to national security. A weak economy dependent on others, weakens the entire country on many levels.

Forbes points out that a full year after the existing tariffs on approximately $250 billion worth of imports has NOT caused any meaningful inflation or job loss. To date, the tariffs have not had a significant impact on the US economy because Main Street is strong.

Sleepy Joe Biden has a new campaign slogan: "I'm not going nuts."

He made this statement in New Hampshire in response to the questions surrounding his mental fitness.

However, in that same speech, Sleepy Joe was unable to recall where he was just hours before at Dartmouth College. He referenced it by saying, "I’m not sure whether it was the medical school or where the hell I spoke. But it was on the campus."

If the idea wasn't there already, Sleepy Joe has planted the possibility that he's going nuts in their heads.

All of this happening as other candidates are gaining on him in the polls.

Sleepy Joe is not the wild-eyed socialist that the others are, but he has had to abandon his moderate positions to attract socialist voters. It's tough to win when the candidate isn't being themselves. Sleepy Joe has enough problems without trying to remember what he is FOR today.

Uh oh. The Democrat National Committee is starting to face scrutiny again over how they are handling their primary and debate process.

One of the more sane candidates, John Delaney, accused the DNC of "micromanaging" the primary process and said that he feels like "they're trying to pick the candidate."

Similar accusations were leveled against the DNC in 2016.

John Delaney:
“I think the DNC is micromanaging this process way too much. It feels to me like they’re trying to pick the candidate. I mean, this 130,000 donor thing that they put forth really doesn’t make any sense. All it does is create an incentive for the party to run on extreme issues because that’s what raises you money online, and I think for the DNC to say that the candidates can’t engage in a climate debate, how does that possibly make sense?”
Delaney made his comments to The Hill TV.

Trump should look at the American taxation system before declaring the tax proposed by France is unfair.
The US even tried to tax Boris Jonson on the sale of his UK home.
Many in the UK have reached out to prime minister Boris Johnson, who had his own run-in with the US tax authority back in 2014.
Johnson, who was born in New York but left when he was five years old, gave up his American citizenship after the US tried to tax him on the sale of his home in Islington, north London – a move he called “absolutely outrageous”.
The US companies make profits from sales in France.
Talk about hypocrisy.
Change the taxation system in the US before complaining about other countries systems.

Maybe you need to familiarize yourself with the US tax code. Depending on the capital gains from the sale of property in the US, EVERYONE who reaches that threshold paid capital gains taxes at that time. Since I haven't sold any property in the US recently, I don't know what the tax law addresses today.

And US companies operating in France pay taxes already.

You're trying to construct a straw man.

The issue is France's 3% digital tax and Trump defending those companies from double-taxation. Looks like Trump got Macron's attention.

And since you brought it up, Trump's tax cut eliminated double-taxation on US companies doing business in foreign countries and allows them to repatriate profits back into the US without another tax on those funds.

Read up, pal.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican Rep. Sean Duffy, a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump who was on the cast of MTV's "The Real World" before he went into politics, announced Monday that he is resigning from his Wisconsin congressional seat to spend more time with his family.

Who mentioned Capital gains tax.
It was not mentioned in the Article you are assuming it was capital gains Tax of which Boris would have already paid to the UK Govt if any was due.

The US companies make profits from sales in France.
Talk about hypocrisy.

You're trying to construct a straw man.

Read the article and try to understand it if that is possible. I do not believe you have the equipment to do that

The issue is France's 3% digital tax and Trump defending those companies from double-taxation. Looks like Trump got Macron's attention.

The issue is that people who had the misfortune & I repeat Misfortune to be born in USA & have lived all their working lives as UK citizens paying tax to the UK are now being threatened with their bank account frozen unless they pay taxes to the USA.
Some even left the USA at 18 months old & have never returned.
They chose to be UK citizens.

And since you brought it up, Trump's tax cut eliminated double-taxation on US companies doing business in foreign countries and allows them to repatriate profits back into the US without another tax on those funds.

Where did you get that idea that I brought this issue up you are replying with your usual bullsh*t.

Read up, pal.

No you read the article again & try to understand it instead of jumping in (as expected) and defending the ARROGANT FAT LYING CRYING CARROT HEAD YOU PERSONALLY WORSHIP AS A PRESIDENT.

Based on what I read, there were American citizens, holding dual citizenship and living elsewhere, who were told to pay taxes due. That's the same thing every American citizen faces living outside the US.

Its even true for me. So?

None of that has anything to do with the 3% digital tax or Trump defending US companies.
