Are there any news/music stations local or SW that cater to farangs?

I stream my favorite radio stations (world wide) to my phone and use Blue Tooth to connect to my car radio or home audio system.

Try the "Tune In" app on your phone - works for me. I also use:-

gets me every radio station in Australia.

I have thought this may be good thing for the expat community in and around Udon. But then I consider how nearly every thread of every Thai forum evolves into bickering like a bunch of old ladies and realize it would never work.......

FM 88.5 in the mornings has some music but it is on and off again

Download 'simple radio' app to phone, computer or android box. You can listen to any radio station in the world, live streaming. I listen to it in the car with bluetooth.

There are some half decent stations locally .. but they are totally spoiled by either a Thai DJ full of self importance constantly talking total crap over music and / or inane adverts one after the other .

Streaming as mentioned is the way to go .
