That might be after the Coronavirus has whipped him into better shape. With his awesome health, he should get through it fairly easy. Unless, he's lying about his health.
Perhaps he should sack Pence and make Ivanka Vice President. Just in case.
Jiving aside, the Coronavirus will kill some elderly leading politicians.

38% of Americans said they wouldn't drink Corona beer in case they caught coronavirus
The other 62% said they wouldn't drink it coz it was sh*te

Re: U.S. Politics
"On Twitter, where '38% of Americans' was the top national trend for parts of the day, many writers with large followings used it as an occasion to condemn their fellow citizens as idiots," writes John Hopkins University professor Yascha Mounk for the Atlantic. For example, author Benjamin Dreyer wrote that "38% of Americans shouldn't be allowed to roam free."
Re: U.S. Politics
Trump seems to be out of his depth in dealing with the Coronavirus. It's not the sort of issue where he can cut a deal and talk it up as the best thing since sliced bread even if that's nonsense.

I understand Trump wanted a cruise ship to stay offshore so the number of reported Coronavirus cases in the United States would remain artificially low.
Hopefully Mike Pence's brain works a bit better.

Dow Jones set to open 1,200 points lower and the S&P 500 had to cease trading due to already losing 5% on Sunday night trading.
Federal Reserve interest rates at 1% to 1.25% after the Fed cut 50 basic points on March 3rd, and is expected to cut another 75 basic points later this month.
Oil war has prices down to about $32 a barrel.
The US $ is losing value everyday.
What did the POTUS do over the weekend? That's right, send out more stupid tweets and play golf. He's running this country like he did the casinos he once owned before he bankrupted them.
Things sure are great here in the US.

Poor old Donald Trump. Things had been looking good just a few months ago and he could get away with being a lazy rich kid. Not any more. He's going to have to work really hard to manage his way out of the political dog box. The first thing he needs to do is to surround himself with really talented people. I can't currently see many of them. He needs a new team.

What if the US is in lock down in November and can't hold an election? I suppose Trump remains in office. Or does something else kick in?

Obama (who is on Deck) would take over once again while things get sorted
Donald would get to rest for awhile and get caught up on his Golf and Tweeting

Nothing in Constitution to stop election so will go on as scheduled with the few absentee ballets sent in will decide results for each state.

Re: U.S. Politics
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congre ... s-n1152851WASHINGTON — Members of Congress are becoming increasingly anxious about coronavirus, and there is growing pressure on leadership to take steps to protect lawmakers — even potentially recessing for a period of weeks — two Democratic congressional sources said Sunday.
Multiple sources said anxiety was on the rise among lawmakers as more cases are reported and the virus spreads.
They're looking a bit sissy. If they could have held out for a couple more weeks that would have made them look less piss weak. Ordinary Americans can't head for the hills so early. I suppose the buggers would remain on full pay.
And "period of weeks"? They'll need way longer than that. I suppose it doesn't matter. With Moscow Mitch at the helm in the Senate, they've done sod all.

Re: U.S. Politics
More great ideas from the POTUS. People aren't spending money, so let's give everyone more money to not spend by cutting payroll taxes, social security and Medicare, to 0%. Where is this money coming from? Are our social security and Medicare benefits going to count during this time because we won't be paying into it?
This guy is an idiot. Why not just give everyone free healthcare? If we are going to continue to spend money as a country that we don't have, why not spend it on something everyone needs, a necessity?

Re: U.S. Politics
Usually when there's a crisis as significant as Covid 19, many around the world look to the US President and what he's saying and doing. I sure miss Obama right now. Trump just makes everything confusing. I think he's a problem for other countries.
So I principally listen to my Prime Minister but struggle to find offshore voices worth following. The sooner Trump is gone the better. His televised address showed just how hopeless he is. The man's a complete disaster. I suppose Americans and non-Americans are going to be listening more and more to Biden. Man is he going to inherit an absolute mess.

Didnt want to start another heading so will put this here
"The New York Times
Trump Now Claims He Always Knew the Coronavirus Would Be a Pandemic"
“I felt it was a pandemic long before it was called a pandemic,” Mr. Trump told reporters.
Here is what Mr. Trump actually said from the beginning of the pandemic.
Jan. 22, asked on CNBC whether he was concerned about a global pandemic: “No, not at all,’’ Mr. Trump said. “We have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China, and we have it under control. It’s going to be just fine.”
Feb. 26, at a White House news conference, about the number of reported cases of the virus: “We’re going down, not up. We’re going very substantially down, not up.”
Feb. 27, at a White House meeting: “It’s going to disappear. One day — it’s like a miracle — it will disappear.”
March 7, seated next to President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil at Mar-a-Lago, his Palm Beach, Fla., club: “I’m not concerned at all.” (At least three members of the Brazilian delegation and one Trump donor at Mar-a-Lago on March 7 later tested positive for the virus.)
March 16, in the White House briefing room, warning that the outbreak would last until summer and then suddenly disappear: “So it could be right in that period of time where it, I say, wash — it washes through. Other people don’t like that term. But where it washes through.”
