A good 45 minute downpour here, started just on 5am with nice T&L show.. Nice cool breezes as well. Hopefully more like this today.

Moderate shower this morning around 3.30 at Nong Tha , lasted 30 minutes or so , but welcome .

Woke up around 6 AM and thought the bedroom felt a bit hot and muggy (the aircon goes off around 1 AM). Peeped out the window and saw sister-in-law having her morning smoko wearing a jacket. Checked the digital thermometer in the corner and it said it was 26 outside and 30 inside. Turned on the air conditioner!

That cooling 3 AM rain made a big difference... outside.

Looking at various Weather Sites, it would appear that we may get some rain tonight, but over the Next 4 days , some rain and Thunder storms the worst Tuesday/Wednesday , clearing away Thursday so gardeners check tall plants and the rest batten down for some rain /winds etc , welcome though it is .

Browsing through various Weather sites as one does, in case of a Thunderstorm etc, noticed that Monday to Wednesday next week 20-22 April reported to be anywhere from 38 to 42 degrees . That gentlemen is hot so if your out and about take care .
Narry a drop of the west stuff I might add coming from above. Although I am sure hardened people will have enough to pour down their throats.

Weather reports are better understaood if you stick your head outside the door/window and have a look.

Years ago on the National News they interviewed a Meteorologist. He toured them through the aray of equipment they used as compared to what was available decades before. The News person then asked "So you can now predict the weather that much better than say 60 years ago" To which the Meteorologist replied "NO"

Yep 10 day forecast on Accu weather has no rain and increasingly high temps throughout this week and next nudging 40 again.

TMD always has the best long term weather forecast, they have a vague chance of rain by the weekend - hoping?

Today will be Hot with maybe a cloud or two but if not then today maybe slightly cooler with skies being coved by cloud mass
