Let falang buy and own the land of select 2nd hand homes!

:lol: Since the Thais only like to buy new and since there are so many houses owned by the banks and getting more and more delapidated each year,I suggest that the gov't should let falangs buy,finance and own these properties!
It would clear up many of the non-performng loans,clean up alot of eyesores and stimulate the economy while providing some security in housing investments by falangs :lol:

Stan,I AM under the impression that the ECONOMY is TOO strong already...ie; Baht to USD...
