My daughter just walked into the living room and said:
"Dad, cancel my allowance immediately, rent my room out throw all my clothes out of the window take my TV and stereo my iPhone and iPod my laptop & sell them.
Please take all of my jewellery to the Salvation Army or Cash Converters.
Then sell my new car take my front door key away from me and throw me out of the house.
Then disown me and never talk to me again.
And don't forget to write me out of your will and leave my share to my brother
Well she didn't put it quite like that....she actually said..
"Dad this is my new boyfriend and he supports Liverpool.

So that explains why you are a devoted and loyal fan of the Evertons. Did you grow up near the soccer stadium of the Evertons? Do you have any affection for the Tranmere Rovers or was that some absurdity dreamt up by me? One has to admire your loyalty to the team you support no matter how misplaced this loyalty is. Good for you, 747.

Well, Southend is a City but has no Cathedral.
The God Squad powers that be have got their eyes on that well known Watering Hole "The Last Post" The impressive historical building would make an ideal place of worship according to local public opinion and they would rather see a Cathedral than a Mosque in that part of the City.

Southend also has a Football Team, rumour has it, soon to be promoted to the EPL.

Roman Catholic Church
Review of Mother of Perpetual Help Cathedral
Reviewed October 6, 2017
This is a large Roman Catholic Church located quite a distance from the UD town centre. We passed by on our way to Ban Chiang Museum. On our return journey, we stopped for a look. There was no service that day so we just walked around the grounds.

The concept that a town needs a Cathedral to be called a city doesn't apply to Thailand. I thought any TEFL'er worth his salt would know that. Otherwise all these would also be cities but they are not.

St. Michael the Archangel Cathedral, Sakon Nakhon

St Anne’s Co-Cathedral, Nakhon Pathom

Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral, Nakhon Ratchasima

Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Ubon Ratchathani

St. Anna Cathedral, Nakhon Sawan

Silly man.

You're right Sir, Southend? A bunch of no hopers but I had to bring up a reference to the EPL to bring the Topic back on track.
