Truthfully, I seriously considered scrapping my solar systems. I refused to buy any more expensive deep cycle lead acid batteries. The electric grid here is still on and off and is a royal pain. I decided to try a lithium 200AH battery. I now have two 200AH lithium batteries and they are excellent. They appear to charge faster than lead acid batteries and their life should be much better. Time will tell. Now it is rainy about every day with little or no sun. I'm pleased and a little surprised that the batteries get fully charged even on no sun days. I was skeptical about spending the money for the lithium batteries and having to replace the charge controllers but I am now quite happy with the systems. The electric grid is worse now than it ever was and I hardly notice when the grid is down. I doubt that I save much or any money on my electric bills but my computer room is never dark.

The battery brand is Vestwood. I bought them off Lazada. They cost 13,000 baht each. They have Bluetooth built in but they don't work very well. So I bought two remote Bluetooth monitors that connect to the charge controllers.

Normally lithium batteries get power from the solar panels even if the sun is not visible or it is raining although less than when there is full sun. Our batteries are charged from a little before six am and after six pm. And, normally, that is enough to feed our house and charge the packs fully. The inverter adapts the output from panels to how much power we use.

Remind him of the system they did in Nong Wua So in May this year.

Thanks! Partner will be spending a few weeks there shortly, hoping we can get the power situation sorted.
