Everton 1-3 West Ham

The Merseyside powershift continues as Jordan T Rex concedes more in one afternoon than Alisson has all season. If only he had bigger arms ay blues......🤗

On a side note, did anyone keep hold of Allardyce's number?

Well the mighty Whammers had their first win last night against a very mediocre looking Everton, West Ham looked quite organised with their forwards and midfield looking very sharp, but, their defence was very patchy, loads of holes when the toffee's went on the attack, thankfully they completely lack someone who can finish and we got away with it. All in all a well deserved win for the Hammers.

After 5 matches its now only Chelsea and Liverpool with 100% records after Watford were beaten at home by Manchester United.West Ham are off the bottom of the table after gaining 3 points in a comfortable away win.
Although its still early in the season, both Huddersfield and Cardiff look like relegation certainties already.
This weekends fixtures(Thai times)....
SATURDAY
6.30pm : Fulham v Watford
9pm : Burnley v Bournemouth,Cardiff v Manchester City,Crystal Palace v Newcastle,Leicester v Huddersfield,Liverpool v Southampton,Manchester Utd v Wolves.
11.30pm : Brighton v Spuds

Sunday sees three London teams in action with the derby between West Ham and Chelsea kicking off at 7.30pm Thai.
Arsenal are at home in the late fixture which starts at 10pm Thai.

The Liverpool posters must fear jinxing their team if they get too full of themselves?

They should be pleased I don't support their mob because the sports teams I support don't usually do that well. :(

Yesterday saw another great performance by West Ham as they gained a point vs Chelsea. The defence had obviously had a good talking to by Pellegrini and faired much better than last week against the toffees and closed a lot of gaps. The big disappointment was Arnautovich was injured, had he been on the pitch West Ham might well have secured all three points. What was noticeable last night is the team is looking much more coherent than last season and their performance bodes well for the upcoming season but of course we have Christmas on it's way and the mighty Hammers have a nasty habit of eating a bit too much xmas pudding and dropping like a stone, we hope and pray it'll be a bit different this season under the new management. Fingers crossed...

The weekends results...
Fulham 1 Watford 1
Burnley 4 Bournemouth 0
Cardiff 0 Man City 5
Crystal Palace 0 Newcastle 0
Leicester 3 Huddersfield 1
Liverpool 3 Southampton 0
Man Utd 1 Wolves 1
Brighton 1 Spuds 2
West Ham 0 Chelsea 0
Arsenal 2 Everton 0

So now Liverpool clear at the top and now the only side with a 100% record.

I had Watford down as relegation contenders at the start of the season but Javier Garcia has made them a decent unit together and they will have no worries on that score.Fulham, too, should be OK.They were terrible for the first 20 minutes and could have been 3 down but they gradually got a toehold in the game.Second half they took the game to Watford and were the better side and probably deserved their equaliser from Mitrovic.
I've seen Wolves 3 times now and have been very impressed. They deserved their point at Old Trafford and I wouldnt say 7th place in the Premiership would be beyond them.United very disjointed.Lucky they have de Gea....Shaws excellent form has been a big plus for them so far this season.
Chelsea dominated possession against the Hammers but West Ham had two excellent opportunities to win the game.In the first half from Antonio and,in the second half,a glaring miss from Yarmolenko.
West Ham played very well and I thought both Fabianski and Rice were their star men.Yarmolenko, too, had a good game but will be remembered for his miss.
Pellegrini is a good manager and will easily steer West Ham into mid-table.
Just when I thought our chance had passed, you go and save the best for last.
