Cleaning Air-Con units

Post by daithic » January 14, 2019, 9:41 am

Hi folks,

Thought I'd pick your brains on the topic of cleaning air-con units. I would like to get it done in advance of the hot season so better start now.

Anyway, do you have any recommendations for reliable air-con cleaners/service people? What is the normal rate per air-con unit? Any contact phone numbers?

Many thanks in advance.

:D

Depends on where you live and how far they have to travel. I live 30 minutes outside Udon. The people I use are very good, Used them 3 times. I have 2 air conditioners and I think they charged me 400 baht each. Did an excellent job, air conditioners work great. PM me if interested.

Air Condition Service. 0868549020. This is a father and son business. They are very good. However, as they don't speak English you will have to get your Mrs or a Thai to call them for you.

That usually only applies to standing water or the very big AC units that use water cooling for the outside units.

Did you miss the information that relates to the vast majority of AC units we have.
Refrigerated air conditioners

Units such as domestic refrigerated/reverse cycle integrated and split systems remove heat and moisture from the air without using water. They do not harbour Legionella bacteria.
