New price 2,850,000 ONO , this is a very decent price for a fully loaded home in a excellent neighborhood only 15 minutes from UD town and central mall. Only 5 minutes to Big C and Tesco lotus . 1 kilometer from ring road on excellent paved roads all the way to the home . Located at the very back of a small estate of only 50 homes , house is directly backing to a rice field for maximum privacy and quiet surroundings.

Hi, the biggest problem is that the Bath is 30% stronger now than before........so the houses are 30% more expensive ...for expats coming from outside

It is a lovely house and having visited once when buying a car can tell you it was in excellent condition as well. Everything looked good quality.

And a very realistic price IMO.

If you don't mind the out of the way location its certainly a nice house.

No...I never meant that....but when planning to move and buy a house and see that own money are worth 30% less ...this is not funny.

Because of this, I must find a house 30 % cheaper than I could buy before......

Your house is very nice but simply too expensive for my wallet ....

Please allow me to enlighten the currency conversation . The British pound and the euro are down slightly from the past 5 or more years . The Baht has been relatively stable compared to a basket of currencies. And yes it is “ baht “ not bath .
Whatever country you take your euros or pounds to you are going to get less than you did years ago . Even if you stay in Europe or England you are going to pay more for the same things than you did years ago .

This house is very inexpensive for the value . To replicate this home on this size lot would cost 4,000,000 baht .

Most farang style villages in Udon Thani have gone to **** , Tanadorn , sukaseam . To name a few . Thana home estates is a very young and unique village . All the homes in this small village of 50 homes are very well maintained. This is a very safe place to buy and sell a home , and it is without a doubt the best village to buy a home for approximately 3,000,000 “baht “ in the udon thani area .

Another way of looking at it is how much would you have to pay for the same sort of property in your own country.for instance this bungalow in my uk city in the uk would be no less than 10 million and up to 13 million depending on location and let's not forget the monthly tax of around 6-7,000b where I pay 400b a month here.even though the baht has gone mental property is still a good deal in Thailand if you shop around.
