At least we will no where to look if the pitch at Trent Bridge has "Cilic is innocent" oiled into it

I think it died as a sport when they allowed non wooden rackets ......

I absolutely agree with you Statts that, with that change, the game changed rapidly to become more a test of size & power than of skill. Occurs to me that, perhaps Federer's level of intelligence, plus his preference for the use of skill and guile over power, is the reason for his current, and may I say welcome, dominance in the game.
